Rize Network LLC
Effective Date: October 7, 2026

Rize Network LLC (“Rize Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides recruitment and placement services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about candidates, client representatives, and visitors to www.rizenetwork.net.

1. Information We Collect

Candidate Information

We collect information relevant to recruitment, which may include:

  • Name, email address, telephone number, and current location.

  • Resume, employment history, education, qualifications, certifications, and professional licenses.

  • Relevant project experience, skills, and professional profile links.

  • Desired positions, compensation expectations, availability, and travel or relocation preferences.

  • Responses to job-related prescreening questions, including work authorization and sponsorship requirements.

  • Interview notes, communications, hiring feedback, and consent to representation.

  • References and verification information where appropriate and authorized.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, banking details, identity documents, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in website submissions.

Client Information

We collect business contact and recruiting information, including:

  • Company name, website, and contact information.

  • Contact representatives’ names, titles, and business details.

  • Job descriptions, hiring needs, locations, compensation budgets, and timelines.

  • Recruitment communications, agreements, and placement records.

Website Information

Our website hosting provider and enabled website tools may collect IP addresses, browser and device details, referring pages, pages visited, and interactions with the website. See Section 7 for information about cookies and tracking.

2. Where Information Comes From

We collect information through website forms, applications, resumes, interviews, emails, telephone calls, and other communications.

We may also obtain relevant professional information from job platforms, publicly available professional profiles, referrals, clients, and recruiting service providers.

Reference checks, background checks, or other verification processes are handled separately where needed, with appropriate notice and any authorization required by law. Completing a website form does not authorize a background check.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Respond to candidate and client inquiries.

  • Review qualifications and assess suitability for opportunities.

  • Conduct prescreening and discuss job requirements.

  • Present candidates to clients with appropriate permission.

  • Coordinate interviews, communicate feedback, and support placements.

  • Maintain recruiting records and identify relevant future opportunities.

  • Manage client relationships and recruiting agreements.

  • Operate, maintain, and protect our website and systems.

  • Comply with legal obligations and address disputes.

We use job-related information for recruiting decisions. We do not request unnecessary information about protected personal characteristics.

Submitting information does not guarantee an interview, offer, placement, or acceptance of a recruiting assignment.

4. Candidate Screening and Representation Consent

We generally require a current resume and completion of relevant prescreening questions before presenting a candidate to a client.

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate information and informing us of material changes.

Submitting a resume or application does not automatically authorize Rize Network to submit a candidate to every client.

Before sharing an identifiable resume or professional summary with a particular hiring client, we obtain affirmative written permission identifying the client and opportunity. Permission may be documented by email, an electronic consent form, or another written confirmation.

For confidential searches, a client’s identity may be withheld from public advertisements and initial discussions. We disclose the intended recipient to the candidate under appropriate confidentiality arrangements before seeking submission permission. If the client cannot be identified, we do not submit identifying candidate information until an appropriate disclosure and consent process has been agreed.

Candidates should disclose previous applications or submissions to the same employer to help prevent duplicate representation.

Candidates may withdraw permission for future submissions by contacting us. Withdrawal does not reverse disclosures already made with permission. A hiring client’s subsequent handling of information is governed by its own privacy practices and applicable law.

Representation permission does not create exclusivity unless separately agreed in writing.

5. Candidate and Client Confidentiality

Candidates

We restrict access to candidate information to authorized people who need it for recruiting, administration, service delivery, or legal purposes.

We do not publicly post identifiable resumes, candidate profiles, or placement announcements without permission.

We do not contact a candidate’s current employer about their job search without permission, except where disclosure is legally required.

Clients

We protect nonpublic client information, including confidential hiring needs, compensation budgets, internal operations, business plans, and recruiting communications.

Client company names are kept confidential in public advertisements and initial discussions when the search requires confidentiality. We disclose client identities when authorized or necessary to progress an agreed recruiting assignment.

Confidential information may be disclosed to authorized team members, relevant candidates, service providers, advisers, or other permitted recipients when necessary for the assignment or required by law.

Separate confidentiality agreements may provide additional protections.

Clients receiving candidate information should restrict access to appropriate hiring personnel and use it only for the agreed recruitment purpose. Contractual obligations governing that use are addressed in the client recruiting agreement.

6. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose relevant information to:

  • Hiring clients: for authorized candidate evaluation, interviews, and placements.

  • Authorized personnel and contractors: for recruitment and administration.

  • Service providers: for website hosting, applicant tracking, recruiting databases, email, scheduling, communications, and document storage.

  • Professional advisers: for legal, accounting, insurance, or related assistance.

  • Authorities or other legally permitted recipients: to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, address security incidents, or protect legal rights.

  • A business successor: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, subject to applicable privacy protections.

We limit disclosures to information appropriate for the relevant purpose.

Rize Network does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Recruiting fees compensate us for recruiting services, not for unrestricted access to candidate information.

7. Cookies and Website Tracking

Our website is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies to support website operation and, when enabled, website analytics.

Technical information may be used to maintain functionality, prevent abuse, understand visitor activity, and improve the website.

We do not use advertising pixels or other tools on our website to share visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Where a cookie preference tool is available, you may also use it to manage supported cookies. Restricting cookies may affect website functionality.

Do Not Track: We do not change website data collection solely in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Global Privacy Control: We honor applicable legally recognized opt-out signals where required. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, those activities do not occur regardless of whether such a signal is enabled.

Squarespace’s own processing is described in its privacy policy at www.squarespace.com/privacy.

8. Communications

We may contact you about your inquiry, application, recruiting assignment, or relevant opportunities using your provided contact information.

Text-message consent is separate from candidate representation consent. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of submitting an application or inquiry.

You may withdraw text-message permission by contacting us or replying STOP where supported. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You may also request that we stop sending future opportunity or promotional communications. We may still send necessary administrative or legally required messages.

9. Security and International Access

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Access is limited according to responsibilities.

No website, transmission method, or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Authorized recruiting personnel, contractors, or service providers may access or process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws may differ between countries. We apply safeguards and comply with any additional requirements applicable to such processing.

10. Retention

We retain information according to its purpose:

  • Candidate records: while an application or recruiting relationship is active, or while maintaining the record remains reasonably necessary for relevant future opportunities.

  • Client and placement records: while providing services and for the periods needed for contractual administration, accounting, legal obligations, and potential claims.

  • Consent and communication records: as necessary to document permissions, preferences, and recruiting activity.

  • Website records: as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and analytics.

We consider the information’s sensitivity, its continuing relevance, the last interaction, deletion requests, and applicable legal requirements when determining retention.

We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer needed. Records subject to legal holds or required retention may be preserved longer. Backup copies may remain until removed through the applicable backup cycle.

11. Privacy Requests and Choices

Contact info@rizenetwork.net to request:

  • Access to personal information we maintain about you.

  • Corrections to inaccurate information.

  • Deletion of information, subject to applicable exceptions.

  • Changes to communication preferences.

  • Withdrawal of permission for future candidate submissions.

Depending on your location and the laws applicable to Rize Network, you may have additional rights, including rights to obtain a copy of information, opt out of certain processing, or limit certain uses of sensitive information.

We may verify your identity and an authorized agent’s authority before completing a request. We respond within applicable legal deadlines.

Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, necessary recordkeeping, or the rights of others. We do not unlawfully discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights.

Requests concerning information held independently by a hiring client may also need to be directed to that client.

12. External Services and Children

External websites, job platforms, scheduling tools, and hiring clients have their own privacy practices. Their policies govern information they collect independently.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised version with an updated effective date.

For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
